I loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms at the back, away from the main road, always smelt fresh and clean. Although the room was very old and the door chain was broken, the overall cleanliness was on point. The hotel staff were so friendly and accommodating, and I even got Avianca LifeMiles points for my stay. The location was convenient, being close to the Colombian National University and within walking distance to the US Embassy. The dining experience, especially before my long flight home, offered a decent variety of food, although some items weren't the freshest. The facilities were great overall.
